Registration of prepaid customers
Every prepaid user has mandatory to register in order to use his prepaid number!
Prepaid customers that activate their prepaid card until the end of Year 2009 should register with their personal data not later than 31.12.2009. In case that they do not do so, their outgoing calls, SMS, MMS, internet access, will be restricted on 01.01.2010. If the personal data is not provided for the next one month, GLOBUL will discontinue the offered prepaid service. Upon registration until the expiration date of the prepaid card, the service will be activated again and the customer can keep his mobile number.
Every new customer of prepaid service after 01.01.2010 will be able to activate his prepaid card only after registration before that.
In order to register, you should:
Documents needed for registration
Residents:
ID card, passport or driving license
* for users below 14 years of age and between 14 and 18 years of age without ID card, personal data is collected for their legal representatives
Legal entities:
With EIK – Certificate of current legal status issued not later than 6 (six) months of its presentation or certified extract from the Commercial Register
With Bulstat – Certificate of current legal status issued not later than 6 (six) months from the date of its presentation and a copy of BULSTAT identification card
* The requirement for registration, terms and conditions are according to Rules for collection of data for identification of users of prepaid services before 1st January 2010, approved with Decision N1085 / 3.09.2009 by the Commission for Regulation of Communication and the Law on Electronic Communications.
