 Network Registration
Once you arrive in Bulgaria your mobile phone will connect automatically to our network. To ensure better quality of roaming service, you can choose GLOBUL manually from the network settings in your phone. On your handset display will appear one of the following logos: BG GLOBUL, GLOBUL or BG 05.

For international calls dial "+"" or "00", country code, area code and telephone number.
Emergency Calls
Our Call Centre Department is ready to assist you with 24-hour service while visiting Bulgaria. To access our Customer Care Team just dial directly 123 (from GLOBUL mobile) or +359 89 123 (from non-GLOBUL phone).
In event of accident you can call to 112, free of charge and the emergency services will be mobilized (ambulance, police, fire brigade, etc.).
Other free of charge direct emergency numbers available for you are:
- 150 – Medical emergency
- 160 – Fire Brigade
- 166 – Police
- 116111 – Help line for children
