FOR YOU
3G stands for third generation, term for a collection of international standards and technologies aimed at increasing efficiency and improving the performance of mobile wireless networks.
3G wireless services offer enhancements to current applications, including greater data speeds, increased capacity for voice and data and the advent of packet data networks versus today’s switched networks.
Through our 3G network we offer the services Video Call and Mobile Internet.
Video Call is a service which allows both users with 3G handsets to make a call, while at the same time they see the other party on the display.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Initiating Video Call
- Dial the desired number.
- Select the video cal option from your handset menu.
- The other party will receive video call request.
Accepting Video Request
When you receive video call request, an icon or text indicating the request will appear on your handset display. You can either accept or deny the video call request.
If you accept the request, both users will see the other video call party on the display of their handsets as well as their own video image.
If you deny the request, the other party has an option to initiate new, standard call. (This option depends on the handset model).
During a video call both sides are able to stop and restore the video transmittion.
