Traineeship Program 2010 July 10 – August 10 On July 12th, the company welcomed 45 trainees with an official ceremony for its 7th consecutive Traineeship program. Boris Tatchev, Human Resources and Administration Director congratulated the youngsters and wished them productive and valuable traineeship. The opening was attended by official guests, including PhD Vladimir Pulkov, Dean of Faculty of Telecommunications and Prof. Dimitar Dimitrov Deputy Dean of Faculty of Telecommunications of Technical University. The students won their internship after a though selection process which was tailored to the specifics of each vacant position. They passed tests and interviews which assessed their knowledge and personal attitudes. They occupied positions in 16 Divisions among the company. 
During the traineeship the students had the opportunity to explore their professional interests and prove their potential by participating in real business processes and projects. The trainees had the unique chance to learn from the expertise of individually assigned tutors who were committed to guiding them in their day-to-day professional challenges.
Along with the work tasks, the students went through a series of specially organized events such as 1-day induction program where they became acquainted with GLOBUL history and corporate culture, meetings with representatives from Call Centre, visits to Mobile Switching Centre and base station. They went also through a specially prepared Presentation Skills training. At the end each trainee made an individual presentation of the assigned project in front of tutors, fellow trainees and colleagues. On August 6th, 2010, Traineeship Program 2010 was officially closed. Mr. Boris Tatchev, HR and Administration Director, congratulated the trainees and wished them success in their future development. Mr. Tatchev personally handed certificates to the trainees evidencing successful completion and performance during the program.
After the official part, the Traineeship Program closing continued with the traditional tree planting in front of the company’s headquarter in Business Park Sofia.
