How does it work
You have to be GLOBUL subscriber on retail program. The fixed number gives you the opportunity to make and receive calls, while you are on the territory of Student Zone. The territory where the fixed number is active is initially defined and includes the spaces between:
Making an outgoing call from your fixed number you should:
- Be on the territory of the Student Zone
- Dial number 9
- City phone code
- The desired number
To get an incoming call to your fixed number, the calling party should dial your local area code, followed by your fixed number.
If you are on the territory of the Student Zone, you will receive the call, otherwise the caller will hear free signal. How much does it cost

International Calls Prices
- Local fixed number, is every fixed number that is situated in the same city, and respectively Student Zone in the same city.
- Long-distance fixed number, is fixed number, that is situated in city and Student Zone other than the one you are calling from.
How to get the service
If you want to subscribe for GLOBUL Student Zone you should:
– If you still are not a GLOBUL subscriber, you should subscribe to any of the available retail tariffs.
If you are already a GLOBUL subscriber, you can proceed to the next step.
– To add a fixed number to your mobile.
Visit one of the shops from the commercial and distribution network of GLOBUL in Sofia, Varna and Blagoevgrad.
Your fixed number will be activated no later than 48 hours after your subscription for GLOBUL Student Zone.
