In order to purchase an additional you need to send a free of charge SMS to 125, indicating the activation code of the pack, shown in the table below. Purchased minutes/SMS-s/MB from the pack are valid for a period of 31 days from purchase date.

• The charging method – per 1KB, and initial charging - 100KB
• 1 GB = 1024 MB
• 1 MB = 1024 KB

If you have current pack and add a pack of the same kind, the validity period of the current pack will extend with the new validity period and the purchased minutes/SMS/MB will be accumulated. This rule will not be applied if you add a pack of different kind to your current pack.

After a purchase of pack you will receive an SMS confirmation for the successful loading of the pack and the price will be deducted from your available credit.

Buy as many additional packs as you want! You can combine different packs depending on your needs. For your convenience, GLOBUL will inform you with SMS when end of validity period of the pack is approaching.

Availability check

At any time, you can check your packs availability via b-connect MENU service.

You can also check the availability of your packs with included minutes or SMS:

• By dialing 125 and choosing Option 1 of the Automatic Information Service
• Free of charge, by entering the code, *125# and OK / Send button
• If you want to check how many MB you have left from your pack with included MB, just send a free SMS with text “GC” to 125

An SMS with pack availability will be sent to your phone.

When switching to another tariff, all available minutes/SMS/MB from additional packs are transferred.

You pay the price of 2.90 BGN for the purchased monthly pack. SMS-s to 125 are free of charge. Calls to 125 are charged 0.03 BGN with VAT per call.

You need to have an active b-connect card and posses enough credit to be able to pay for the purchase of the additional pack.

The service is available for all b-connect users.
