For you
When leaving Bulgaria, do not forget to put your mobile phone in your bag, next to the passport. While you are abroad you can:

How does it work
When you are abroad, you can use your mobile phone in the coverage of the networks of GLOBUL's roaming partners. You can register in the network of your choice manually (through your mobile phone menu) or automatically.
When you make outgoing calls in roaming:
- to local phone numbers – dial numbers in national format
- to phone numbers in Bulgaria or elsewhere in the world (except for the country you are in) – dial numbers in international format.
When you receive incoming calls in roaming:
- from Bulgaria – the person who wishes to contact you should dial your mobile number in national format
- from elsewhere except Bulgaria (including from the country you are in) – in international format.
If you are a GLOBUL subscriber, the following services are available to you while in roaming:
How do I get the service
Travel'n'Talk can be activated by visiting any GLOBUL retail store or through your GLOBUL account manager.
How much does it cost
When you are in roaming:
- Incoming short messages (SMS) are free.
- Roaming calls are charged per minute.
- Incoming and outgoing calls are charged.
- The charging of your calls depends on whether you use Travel'n'Talk or the Basic Roaming Tariff.
- Roaming calls are charged by GLOBUL on the ground of a report for your calls, presented by the operator in whose network you are registered. The preparation time for this report can vary for different operators. As a result of this, the inclusion of the roaming calls in your bill immediately after your return may be impossible. In this case the remainder of your roaming calls will be present in your next bill.
