You can activate the Travel&Surf service quickly and easily by sending a free of charge SMS (with blank text) to 1212.
Thus you will:

- Prevent unwanted traffic and unexpected bills because service mobile internet in roaming is blocked until you request the desired package.
- Have the possibility to check your consumption via the mobile portal free of charge.

The Travel&Surf service is available for all retail customers with a monthly subscription plan and active roaming service.
Prepaid customers cannot use the Travel&Surf service.

All prices are VAT inclusive.
- Charging interval - 100 KÂ.
- Usage validity - within 30 days after the pass purchase.
- Pass validity - from the first GPRS session made within the usage validity of the pass.
- New pass for each roaming zone can be pruchased only after the validity of the current one expires or the included MB are exhausted.
- The chosen service can be purchased up to 5 times within the period, matching the validity of the pass.
Example: within 24 hours, you can purchase the Travel&Surf Europe 1 Daily S pass up to 5 times.
- The purchased pass can be used for browsing via mobile phones or mobile computers.
- The data traffic, generated outside the pass or outside the countries where the pass is valid, is charged according to the Travel'n'Talk roaming tariff.
- The traffic, generated for MMS service in countries where the Travel&Surf pass is valid, is deducted from the available pass traffic.
- Prices per MMS message in roaming start from 0.24 BGN plus the traffic geenrated and rounded up to 100 KB.
- When 80% of the included MB are exhausted, customers will be notified via text message. When reaching 100% of the included pass traffic, customers will receive a second SMS notification and the pass will be discontinued. Customers will able to declare new pass purchase or to choose Travel'n'Talk roaming tariff.
How to activate a Travel&Surf pass
Various channels for purchase of Travel&Surf passes are available for you, depending on whether you are still in Bulgaria or already roaming in Europe. While you are in Bulgaria

 free of charge from your mobile phone and choose one of the available options
- Send free of charge SMS (with blank text) to the respective number for SMS activation listed in the table above.
While you are abroad
- Via the mobile portal for Travel&Surf service management.
- Dial *105# free of charge from your mobile phone and choose one of the available options
- Send an SMS (with blank text) to the respective number for SMS activation listed in the table above. You will be charged for the text message according to the Travel'n'Talk roaming tariff.
Channels for service management
Mobile portal (Landing page) 
The mobile portal for service management (Landing page), accessible on http://lp.globul.bg, allows you to purchase Travel&Surf passes, as well as to check the validity of the pass and the remaining MB.
The landing page is available for free for retail customers with subscription plans, who are subscribed for the Travel&Surf service and are in Bulgaria or the countries, for which the service is valid. The access to the mobile portal is conducted through a link, sent in the confirmation text message of the service activation or of the pass purchase.
Customers are able to check the validity of their passes and the remaining MB via once they purchase a Travel&Surf pass. Checks via the mobile portal are free of charge within the reasonable usage (50 pages within 24 hours) for customers that are in Bulgaria or in any of the countries where the Travel&Surf service is available. For all other GLOBUL customers, the traffic generated via the mobile portal in roaming is charged according to the Travel'n'Talk tariff.
Android application
GLOBUL Travel&Surf application lets you manage your Travel&Surf passes directly via your Android smartphone or tablet. 
The GLOBUL Travel&Surf application is available for download free of charge via the Android Market. It enables you to check the validity and the remaining traffic of your data roaming passes, as well as buy a new pass anytime you want.
The traffic of the application is free of charge for all postpaid retail customers, who are subscribed for the Travel&Surf roaming service and are in Bulgaria or the countries, for which the service is valid.

The Travel&Surf passes are valid for all mobile operators in more than 40 European countries, divided into 2 zones.

How to deactivate
In order to deactivate the Travel&Surf service, send a free of charge SMS with text "STOP" to 12116.
Text messages for service deactivation sent from abroad are charged according to the Travel'n'Talk roaming tariff.
In case the included MB are not entirely exhausted at the time ot service deactivation, the remainig traffic will be lost.
Customer with an active Travel&Surf service can easily switch to the Travel'n'Talk roaming tariff at any given time. In such cases, any purchased passes are discontinued and the remaining MB are lost.
GPRS limit in roaming
When purchasing a pass for zone Travel&Surf Europe 1, the cost and the MB included in it are not part of the GPRS limit in roaming.
You have purchased Travel&Surf Europe 1 Daily S pass for 5.90 BGN (VAT inclusive) and have an active limit for GPRS in roaming of 117.35 BGN (VAT inclusive). In that case:
- The maximum amount that may be charged in your invoice for using GPRS in roaming is 117.35 BGN + 5.90 BGN = 123.50 BGN (VAT inclusive).
- The GPRS traffic generated in the countries of the Travel&Surf Europe 1 zone will be deducted from the Travel&Surf Europe 1 Daily S pass.
- After exhausting the traffic from the Travel&Surf Europe 1 Daily S pass, the service for mobile internet in roaming service will be stopped.
You have only activated limit for GPRS while roaming in EU - 117.35 BGN (VAT exclusive).
- The maximum amount that may be charged in your invoice for using GPRS in roaming is 117.35 BGN (VAT inclusive).
