The Basic Roaming Tariff is used by all customers who has subscribed before 8th of April 2009, and additionally have not activated Travel'n'Talk.

When you are using the Basic Roaming Tariff, all the calls, made in any of the countries from the European Union, will be charged according to the Eurozone prices.

All the calls initiated in a country not mentioned below, are charged according the price of the local mobile operator that you are using.

Incoming calls will be charged per second. Outgoing calls will be charged initially per 30 seconds and after that per second.

Prices of incoming calls and outgoing calls to/from Bulgaria, country of stay and other country from the EU will be valid in the networks of all mobile operators whose home countries are members of the European Union.

Tariffs will be applicable for calls made to fixed and mobile networks in peak as well as off-peak hours.

Upon registering in a network of an EU mobile operator, every GLOBUL roaming subscriber will automatically receive an informative SMS containing prices (with VAT):

• per minute of incoming call
• per minute of outgoing call to Bulgaria, country of stay and other countries from the EU.

By dialing *105# (free of charge) subscribers can request and receive a detailed information on the prices of all other offered roaming services. This information will be received by subscribers in an SMS and will include:

• Price per SMS in BGN with VAT
• Price per MMS in BGN with VAT
• Price of GPRS in BGN with VAT
• Price of Video Calls in BGN with VAT
