GLOBUL FAMILY POSTPAID PROGRAM

With the GLOBUL Family program you have the possibility:
  • To share a package of minutes for national calls with your closest ones
  • To talk to them 500 minutes free of charge*
  • To use lower tariffs for calls within the network of GLOBUL and the fixed networks after the package has been used up.
You can join minimum 2 and maximum 4 SIM cards / lines within the GLOBUL Family program**.
Your close user group will be formed between them. All SIM cards / lines joined in a GLOBUL Family program  will be using the inclusive minutes together – these will be your shared minutes.
After they have been used up all SIM cards / lines talk at the lower rates for calls.

* Available with 2 years contract. The 500 inclusive minutes are shared between all SIM cards / lines within the GLOBUL Family program.
 ** In case SIM cards GLOBUL 2in1, each having 2 lines,  will be joined in a GLOBUL Family program, the maximum allowed number of SIM cards is 2 and the maximum allowed number of lines is 4.

All prices are with 20% VAT
International calls, roaming, value added services, voicemail, SMS, data and fax shall be calculated and paid separately.
The minimum initial charged duration is 30 sec, after which charging is per second.
Unused inclusive minutes are transferred to the following month.
All other services are charged according the standard GLOBUL tariff.
The For friends service is not available with the GLOBUL Family program.

ADVANTAGES

You save:

  • From the monthly subscription. Instead of paying several monthly subscriptions for a package of less inclusive minutes for everyone in your family, now you can pay only one monthly subscription for a family package with more inclusive minutes.
  • The preferential rates for calls within the close user group will cut the part of the expenses that you used to pay for calls to your closest ones so far
  • From the lower rates for calls after the package has been used up.

You receive only one monthly bill thus ensuring the convenience of having a more precise idea about the consumption of each member of your family. At the same time you care about paying only once per month.

You close only one contract – applicable to all SIM cards / lines within the GLOBUL Family program. The contract term will be valid for all the SIM cards / lines and all of them will be using the privileges of the GLOBUL Family program (shared inclusive minutes – national and within the close user group, lower rates for calls after using up the inclusive minutes) during the entire contract term.

Subscription program change

  • Migration to another subscription program to a program with a lower monthly fee is not possible for the duration of the contract unless in cases of renewal of the current contract with ZAEDNO program or as otherwise agreed in the contract for mobile services or attached appendix.
  • When changing the subscription program before the expiry of the contract period, included standard program conditions applied for the selected subscription program (minutes, SMS, MMS, MB).
