Phone directory
With the following notification, we would like to kindly inform you that until 20th of August, 2009 you could apply for inclusion of your personal data in the electronic phone directory and phone enquiry service of BTC AD. The personal data, which could be included free of charge in the electronic phone directory and phone enquiry service, are the following:
- For individuals – first and family name, address and phone number;
- For sole traders and legal entities– firm, address and phone number.
The personal data could be submitted to BTC only with your explicit consent /through application/, pursuant to art. 12, para.6, art.9, para.1, art. 17 and art. 24 of Ordinance ¹5 for the terms and conditions for issuance of phone directories, including databases, their transfer and usage, as well as for rendering of phone enquiry service. The personal data could be further submitted in connection with a request filed by BTC AD, as well as on grounds of item 85 of the General terms and conditions of Globul for rendering of mobile phone service and on grounds of item 101 of the General terms and conditions of Globul for rendering of fixed telephone service. |
