  HOW DOES IT WORK

Your mobile handset gets one more application – you already have two lines, mobile and office line. Office line is fixed number from GLOBUL that gives you the ability to make outgoing and receive incoming calls while you are in the office zone. Your office zone is on the territory of your office.

Use your fixed line up to 2 days after subscription

It is enough to give us your office address and all mobile numbers, which have to be upgraded with office lines. When your office zone is activated GLOBUL will send individual SMS with confirmation and particular number of the office line.

Outgoing calls

It is necessary to dial 9 before the number to which you would like to call, together with the phone code of the city/area.
The subscriber you’re calling will see the number of your individual office line together with the city phone code.
Example: If you want to call number 111 111 in Sofia it’s necessary to dial 9 02 111 111.



Incoming calls

When someone is calling you to your individual office line it is necessary to dial your number together with city phone code and you will receive the call if you are at the territory of your GLOBUL OfficeZone.

Missed calls

If you are outside your office zone the calling party will hear free signal and you will not receive a call. If you are subscribed for voice mail the calling party may leave a message for you to listen additionally. Your voice mail box is combined for your mobile and office number for additional comfort to your business day.

• Outgoing calls to fixed numbers, can be made to numbers from the following networks: BTK, M-Tel, Orbitel, Nexcom, Spectrum Net, CableTEL, Trans Telecom, Max Telecom, ITD Network, Interoute and Evrokom.
• Local is any call made from the fixed line to fixed number in the same city where your office zone is located.
• Long Distance call is any call made from the fixed line to fixed number outside city where your GLOBUL OfficeZone is located.
• Each call to national fixed number is charged with set up fee of 0,11 BGN and after it charging is per second.
• Minimum initial charging for all calls to national mobile and international numbers / fixed and mobile/ is 60”, after first 60” charging is per second.
• All prices are VAT excluded.

• If you are calling from the mobile number, dial 123 - 0.02 BGN per call
• If you are calling from the fixed number, dial 02 415 00 00 – 0.015 BGN per minute, or 089 123 – 0.27 BGN per minute

02 415 00 00 and 089 123 are reachable by all other national networks as well. The charge depends on the used operator.

* If you are using the service GLOBUL 2 in 1, be careful, because you will be able to take incoming calls and make outgoing calls from your fixed line, only when the mobile line that you have activated GLOBUL Office Zone to, is active.

  HOW DO I GET THE SERVICE

Contact your consultant to subscribe for the service. Your office zone will be active 2 days after signing your contract.
