With this new service you can easily equip your office with a virtual Private Brach Exchange with up to 10 fixed numbers without expensive investment and additional maintenance costs. The fixed numbers are connected to your mobile numbers from GLOBUL. Thus, using only one device, you have both a fixed and a mobile line for better organization and optimization of your calls and communication with your customers.

With GLOBUL Office Call Manager you receive up to 10 fixed numbers, added to your mobile numbers from GLOBUL. One of them is set as primary and it can be used as a main contact number for your company. The primary number is fixed in a stationary phone device, provided by GLOBUL, and is placed in your office.

All fixed numbers, incl. the primary one, are connected to your GLOBUL mobile numbers, but the fixed ones are active only in your office. In addition, each fixed number is defined with a short 3-digit number. The calls within this short numbers group are free-of-charge. Thus you can organize your outgoing calls in the best possible way for you.

When you are out of the office and receive a call on the fixed number, the calling party hears the standard signal when waiting for the call to be connected, and you receive an SMS on your mobile number, notifying you of the missed call, the calling number and time of call.

To make an outgoing call from your fixed line you need to dial 9 before the number you want to reach, incl. the corresponding country, area or mobile network codes. Examples:

To call free a number from the fixed numbers group, you need to dial 9 followed by the respective short code.



All incoming calls to your primary number can be transferred to any of the other fixed numbers within the group. Simply dial 9, followed by the short code of the party you want to reach, press 4 and the green receiver button.

Outgoing calls to fixed numbers, can be made to numbers from the following networks: BTK, M-Tel, Orbitel, Nexcom, Spectrum Net, CableTEL, Trans Telecom, Max Telecom, ITD Network, Interoute and Evrokom.

• Each call to a national fixed number is charged with a set up fee of 0,132 BGN. After that the call is charged per second.
• Minimum initial charging interval for all calls to national mobile and international numbers / fixed and mobile/ is 60”. After the first 60”, the charging is per second.
• The mobile numbers, to which the fixed numbers are activated, are subject to a monthly fee and charge for outgoing calls according to the individual tariff of each mobile number.
• Local numbers are fixed numbers with the same geographical code and the calls between them are local.
• Long distance numbers are fixed numbers with different geographical codes and the calls between them are long distance.

If you have 2 virtual private branch exchanges in different cities, the calls between the fixed numbers of the different exchanges will be charged 0.01 BGN/min

About the main number you could choose between wireless fixed phone and fixed phone, according to your needs and preferences.
