All clients of GLOBUL post-paid subscibption programs may now check at any time their current bill, the status of their call minutes and mobile internet bundles and the status of their credit limit with the new free and convenient GLOBUL Menu interactive service.

Users simply have to enter *123# with the key pad of their mobile handsets and to press the dialing button.

An interactive options menu will appear on the handset display and users will have to dial the number of the desired option and press the dialing button again in order to get information on their current bill, the status of their call minutes and mobile internet bundles and on the status of their crtedit limit. The information will be shown instantly on the mobile handset display.

The GLOBUL Menu service is available to all GLOBUL post-paid users, regardless of their phone model used. No additional settings or activations required.

As before, current bill and bundle status check is also possible free of charge via the operator’s internet portal MyGLOBUL (http://my.globul.bg).
