- The described conditions are valid upon subscription of 12 months contract.
- Minimum initial charging for calls is 60 seconds. After the first minute, charging is per second.
- The charging method – per 1KB, and minimum initial charging - 1KB.
- Initial credit limit is 50 BGN.
- The subscription programs for iPhone are available for all new subscribers, when a 1-years contract is signed. The programs are available only upon purchase of iPhone 3GS or iPhone 3G mobile phone.
- Subscription programs for iPhone provide limited internet traffic every month and activation of GoWeb Unlimited add-on is not possible.
- For new subscribers the bundle with included MB comes in force within 24 hours after the SIM card activation.
- Bundles with included MB’s are working with APN: globul
- The described conditions are valid only on the territory of Bulgaria. If traffic in roaming is generated, charging will be applied according to the prices of the respective operator.
- For the contract’s duration the customer can change his program only between these programs GLOBUL i250, GLOBUL i500, GLOBUL i750, GLOBUL i1000 and GLOBUL i2000. Change to program with a lower monthly fee is not possible for the duration of the contract unless in cases otherwise is agreed in the contract for mobile services or attached appendix.
- The included minutes for calls, SMS and MMS messages in GLOBUL's network and MB's for Internet are available for the whole contract/additional agreement duration.
- For the activation date of the SIM card till the date of the first invoice, the customer gets proportional part of his packages, equal to proportional part of the monthly fee.
- Unused included minutes, MBs, SMS and MMS messages are not transferred to the next month.
- Services not mentioned in the table above are charged according to the GLOBUL current pricelist.
