To call a fixed number in Bulgaria you should dial the city code and the number. This applies also even when you call a number within the same city.

For Example:
If you are in Sofia and want to call fixed number 123 45 67, which is also in Sofia, you should dial: 02 123 45 67. To call the same fixed number, but situated in Varna, you should dial 052 123 45 67.

You dial mobile and international numbers in the standard way.

* Promotional monthly fee is valid for new subscribers signed term contract within the period from 23.02.2011 to 29.02.2012. Promotional monthly fee is applied on first 2 months in case of 2 years subscription and for the first month in case of 1 year subscription on GLOBUL Home Start. With GLOBUL Home Plus promotional monthly fee is applied for the first 2 months of the first year and the first 2 months of the second year in case of 2 years contract and for the first 2 months in case of new 1 year contract. After expiration of the promotional period the standard monthly fee is applied. The standard monthly fee is also applied in case the subscription is contracted after the promotional period is expired.

** Promotional included minutes are valid for the whole period of the fixed services contract or additional agreement for contract prolongation with GLOBUL Home Start or GLOBUL Home Plus in case the contract/additional agreement for contract prolongation is signed within the period from 22.11.20011 to 29.02.2012г. The standard included minutes are applied after the expiration of the initial contract/additional agreement term in case they come termless and according to defined in them conditions as well as upon fixed contract subscription or prolongation of the contract with additional agreement after the expiration of the promotional period. Combining of standard and promotional included minutes is not applicable.

• Outgoing calls to other national fixed numbers, can be made to numbers from the following networks: BTK, M-Tel, Orbitel, Nexcom, Spectrum Net, Blizoo Media and Broadband, Trans Telecom, Max Telecom, ITD Network, Interoute Bulgaria Vestitel, Eastern Telecommunication Company, Interbild, Varna Net and Global Communications Net.
• Local numbers are fixed numbers with the same geographical code and the calls between them are local.
• Long distance numbers are fixed numbers with different geographical codes and the calls between them are long distance.
• Value added numbers type 090 are not accessible from fixed number.
• Unused minutes, included in the bundle, are not transferred for the next month.
• The maximum number of fixed numbers which a customer can possess are 2.

Calling on *123 and 123 is charged 0.024 BGN per call.
