Dialing a fixed number in Bulgaria

To call a fixed number in Bulgaria you should dial the city code and the number. This applies also even when you call a number within the same city.

For Exsample:
If you are in Sofia and want to call fixed number 123 45 67, which is also in Sofia, you should dial: 02 123 45 67. To call the same fixed number, but situated in Varna, you should dial 052 123 45 67.

You dial mobile and international numbers in the standard way.

Receiving calls

You can receive calls on both numbers of your home phone – the fixed and the mobile one. The person calling you decides which number to dial.

* The promotion is valid for customers who sign a new term contract for fixed services until 29.02.2012. The promotional monthly subscription is applied for the first 6 (six) months of the subscription period with 2-year contract and for the first 3 (three) months with 1-year contract. After this period, the standard monthly fee is applied.

** Promotional included minutes are valid for the whole initial term of the fixed services contract or additional agreement for term contract prolongation with subscription plan GLOBUL Home & Friends in case the contract/ additional agreement is contracted within the period from 22.11.2011 to 29.02.2012. Standard included minutes are applied after expiration of the initial term of the contract/additional agreement in case they become termless and according to defined in them conditions as well as upon signing new term contract for fixed services or prolonging an existing one with additional agreement after the expiration of the promotional period, Combining standart and promotional included minutes is not applicable.

• The subscriber numbers in “For Friends” group and the number for unlimited calls can only be numbers from GLOBUL mobile network, excluding numbers for value added services and short ones.
• For the period between service activation and the first billing invoice, you pay a monthly fee and can use the included minutes in proportion to the numbers of days until the issue of the invoice.
• Unused minutes during the current billing period are not transferred to the next one or refunded.
• Local numbers are fixed numbers located in the city where your fixed zone is.
• Long-distance numbers are fixed numbers in Bulgaria, located outside the city where your fixed zone is.
• Minimum initial charging is 60" and after that the charging is per second.
• Outgoing calls to other national fixed numbers can be made to fixed numbers from the following networks: BTK, M-Tel, Orbitel, Nexcom, Spectrum Net, Trans Telecom, Max Telecom, ITD Network, Interoute, Evrokom, Blizoo Media and Broadband, Vestitel, Eastern Telecommunication Company, Interbild, Varna Net and Global Communications Net.
• Maximum alowed fixed phone numbers per customer is 2
