When subscribing for GLOBUL Fax service, you receive a SIM card with a fixed number and a fax modem. The fixed number is active only on the territory of your office and can only be used for the fax service.

Sending of fax messages is charged based on the duration of the transmission (in minutes). Receiving fax messages is free.

• Minimum initial charging is 60 seconds and after that the charging is per second.
• For the period between the activation of the service and the issuance of the first invoice, the subscriber owes a monthly fee that is proportionate the number of days the service has been used before the first invoice is issued.
• Local numbers are fixed numbers with the same geographical code and the calls between them are local.
• Long distance numbers are fixed numbers with different geographical codes and the calls between them are long distance.

• An analog fax machine and a RJ11 cable for connecting the fax modem to the fax machine are required.

• In case you face a problem using the service, dial *01*1717 on the fax machine so that the fixed zone is accurately set.
• When sending a fax message, the fax machine displays the message “Transmission ok” but this does not guarantee that the message has been delivered. Instead, it simply confirms that the fax modem has accepted the fax message and the actual transmission begins. Respectively, the time duration of the sending that is indicated in the fax machine report does not accurately reflect the charge.
• The display of the correct fax number of the sender (e.g. of the SIM card) is a function provided by the fax machine itself. In case a different number had been previously set, the necessary adjustments must be made so that the receiver can see the correct fax number of the sender in case they need to return a fax message.
