Through GLOBUL e-Invoice service you will have a quick and easy access to your invoices.

 HOW DOES IT WORK

E-invoice is a more convenient version of the usual printed invoice which you receive every month. With the e-invoice you can have better control over your monthly expenses: you can check the invoices for past accounting periods, due amounts and conducted calls.

If you receive more than one invoice and they belong to different accounting periods, on the site you will find information about all due amounts up to the respective date.

The e-Invoice includes:

• the total amount due
• itemization of the due amount
• due amounts for each of your phone numbers in total or itemized
• information about the calls made by each phone number (date, time, duration, called number, cost)
• invoices for the past three months
• number of the last outstanding invoice and payment deadline

The e-Invoice service allows:

• export of the invoices for a certain period in various formats: PDF, XLS, CSV, XML
• authorization for access to the information: the different users can access all or part of the data and all or part of the mobile numbers contained in an invoice

For your convenience and additional flexibility, GLOBUL e-Invoice allows you to define different access levels and administration rights to users.

Types of users and access levels:

Users on MSISDN level
• All company employees
• Access the service with their personal mobile number
• See information ONLY for their own mobile number
• See detailed usage information only if they have analytical bill activated
• Do not see the company invoice or info about other numbers

Administrators
• Access the service with their personal mobile number
• See all the information about company usage, amounts due, and the complete analyticall bill
• Define access levels for other users

Service activation and use is free after registration in MyGLOBUL portal.

 HOW TO GET THE SERVICE

For access to the information about your own number, you need registration in MyGLOBUL portal. By sending an SMS to number 5005, you will receive password for access to the service. The administrators’ module, and total invoice amounts- in case there are other numbers on the same invoice, will not be accessible.

In order to receive administrator’s rights, you need to visit a GLOBUL shop and fill in a request form.
