GLOBUL WITH NEW LOWER ROAMING PRICES IN THE EUROZONE

As of 01 July 2010 for all GLOBUL customers of b-connect program, roaming in the EU countries, will be valid the following prices:

• 0.914 BGN per minute for outgoing call to Bulgaria, visited country and to EU Zone countries
• 0.351 BGN per minute for incoming call
• 0.258 BGN for outgoing SMS

The incoming calls will be charged per second. Outgoing calls will be charged initially per 30 seconds and after that per second.

In order to avoid being charged for deposition of voice mail messages when the subscriber is in roaming, as of 1 July 2010, the customers will receive a text message with information about the missed call and the number of the caller, who wished to leave a voice mail message.

How can you check the available credit in roaming?

Dial *123# and press the receiver button. You will receive a message with the requested information shortly.
Depending on the network settings of the local operator the credit check may not be possible. Most of the operators support the service.

How can you recharge your credit in roaming?

You can recharge your credit in three easy ways:

• With a recharge voucher, by entering *115*, voucher number and #
  Exemplary format: *115*123456789000#
  
  
• If you have a debit card registered in the ePay system, you can recharge through www.ePay.bg – the same way as in Bulgaria.
• If you have a TRANSCARD credit card, you can recharge through www.transcard.bg

Of course, a relative or a friend of yours can recharge your credit from Bulgaria in a standard way:

• By calling 089 1330 – they should enter your number and the code of the recharge voucher.
• Through ATM

You probably know that the incoming calls are charged according to the zone that you are in. The outgoing calls SMS are also charged as per the international zone. Incoming SMS are free of charge.

Balkan Zone includes the following operators: T-Mobile (Macedonia (FYROM)), AMC (Albania), Telekom Srbija (Serbia), Turkcell (Turkey), T-Mobile (Croatia)

Zone I includes mobile networks in Europe, outside the European Union - Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, San Marino, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Serbia.

Zone II includes all other mobile networks.

Prices are in BGN per minute or per SMS, 20 % VAT inclusive.

The incoming calls in the Eurozone will be charged per second. The initial charging interval for outgoing calls will be per 30 seconds and after that per second. For the rest zones the initial and the subsequent charging interval for outgoing and incoming calls is per 60 seconds.

Tariffs will be applicable for calls made in peak as well as off-peak hours.

Note: The prices given above are standard. Though some operators charge additionally for incoming calls. Before you leave the country, please check the prices of operators for incoming and outgoing calls of the respective country as well as in which countries you can make outgoing calls (from the scroll menu above).

While in roaming you will be able to use VAS SMS services as well. They will be charged at the standard rate for the respective VAS number +1,91 BGN with VAT. The SMS services that are usually charged per received SMS, will be charged at the standard rate as in Bulgaria.The value of all calls and outgoing SMS-s is automatically deducted from the available credit.

 HOW TO GET THE SERVICE

It’s very easy, fast and it’s free of charge. Dial *111# and press the receiver button. In a minute you will receive a confirmation for successful activation.
To deactivate the service, dial *112# and press the receiver button.

 GloBul recommends

• Pay attention! Activation and deactivation of b-connect SMART roaming is possible only from Bulgaria. Activate the service before departure – you will not have the chance to do it abroad.
• Furthermore: if you have not been using your b-connect card so far, make sure you have activated it making at least one call from it. Otherwise you will not be able to use it – in neither Bulgaria or abroad.
• It’s good to recharge your credit before you leave – just in case. If you do not have enough credit, those who will be calling you will not be able to reach you. If you run out of credit during a call it will be dropped.
• If you live in the outskirts of Bulgaria and you have the b-connect smart roaming service activated, make sure your phone is set to manual network search. If your phone is set to automatic network search you may be registered in a foreign network, thus being able to use only the services available in roaming and charged as per the roaming tariffs.
