With GoWeb Turbo you are able to continue surfing at maximum speed even after consumption of included amount of MB at maximum speed in your rate plan.


Price and validity

Depending on your rate plan you are able to purchase an additional GoWeb Turbo data package. The included amount of MB is at maximum speed and it is valid from the activation day till the end of the current billing period.

Activation of GoWeb Turbo package

After consumption of included amount of MB in your tariff plan you will be redirected to the following web page: http://turbo.lp.globul.bg. Using this page you are able to activate the desired GoWeb Turbo package with included amount of MB at maximum speed.

In case you do not wish to activate an additional package GoWeb Turbo, you will be able to choose the option: “Continue at low speed”.


GOOD TO KNOW

GoWeb Turbo packages work correctly only using APN globul.

The activation of a GoWeb Turbo package is available only after consumption of the amount of MB included in your rate plan or after consumption of already activated GoWeb Turbo package.

If your amount of MB is not exhausted yet, and you decide to open the web page: http://turbo.lp.globul.bg, you will be able to check your current MB usage status.

GoWeb Turbo is a package without subscription and the validity period is the same as the billing cycle of the basic tariff plan. Non-consumed MB from GoWeb Turbo package are not rolled-over to next billing cycle.

With the activation of a GoWeb Turbo package, the traffic speed will be increased at maximum attainable speed in GLOBUL network.

By selecting the option “Continue at low speed”, the traffic speed will be reduced to 64 kbps or 128 kbps accordingly to the main subscription plan.

There is no limit of number GoWeb Turbo activations during the current billing cycle.

Activation of a GoWeb Turbo package is not allowed a day before and on the billing date. For example, if your billing date is on the 10th of the month, you will be not allowed to activate an additional package GoWeb Turbo on the 9th and the 10th of the month.

  • Check the usage status of included in your rate plan amount of MB at maximum attainable speed.
  • Check the usage status of included MB at maximum attainable speed in your active GoWeb Turbo package, if any.
  • Activate a new GoWeb Turbo package.
  • Check the history of your last 20 purchases of GoWeb Turbo packages.
