GLOBUL Call 1 Friend

Additional 300 minutes for calls to one GLOBUL number

Add to your program a pack of 300 minutes for calls to preferred mobile GLOBUL number.

The additional package allows to add one mobile GLOBUL number and to call within 300 minutes for additional monthly fee. The preferred number is in addition to the group For Friends, if it is used.

The package Call 1 Friend may be used form subscribers using residential subscription programs. In case of program change to corporate program, the pack Call 1 Friend will be automatically deactivated.

The pack Call 1 Friend may be deactivated by signing an application in the nearest GLOBUL store or by a call to Customer service number - 123. For the period of activation or deactivation of the service until issuing of next invoice a proportional part of your monthly fee will be charged.

Unused minutes can not be transferred to the next month. You can get information about minute usage of your pack at any time from the Automatic information service at 123, by sending SMS with text “20” to 1000 or in My GLOBUL web portal.

The initial charge for calls to the preferred number is 60 sec. and it is independent from the subscription plan used initial charge.

The monthly fee for the pack Call 1 Friend will be automatically added to the subscriber's monthly bill.

First add of preferred numbers is free of charge. The preferred number change is charged 2.90 BGN for each change and can not be done more frequently than once per billing cicle.

The preferred number may only be within GLOBUL network. Traffic to short numbers and value added services numbers are not included in the package and will be charged extra according to the price list of GLOBUL. The calls to the preferred number after depletion of the included minutes will be charged 0.10 BGN / per minute. If the preferred number is on the network of another operator or if the subscriber is in roaming, the calls will be charged according to GLOBUL’s current price list.

When using Call 1 Friend, in case there are same numbers both in For Friends and as preferred number, the number will be deleted automatically from For Friends group when Call 1 Friend is activated. If the same number is added again in the For Friends group, the calls to that number will be charged as per the price of using Call 1 Friend. After deactivation Call 1 Friend if a customer wants to use the number as number for For Friends group, the customer should enter the preferred number again in the For Friends group. When using Call 1 Friend in case there are same numbers both in Call Unlimited group and as preferred number, the calls to that number will be charged as per the price of using Call 1 Friend. When using Call 1 Friend in case there are same numbers both in Closed user group and as preferred number, the calls to that number will be charged as per the price of using Closed user group.

Any other traffic (video calls, SMS, MMS), to the preferred number will be charged according to the price list of GLOBUL.

You can deactivate the package Call 1 Friend anytime by signing an application in the nearest GLOBUL store. For the period of activation or deactivation of the service until issuing of next invoice you receive proportional minutes and proportional part of your monthly fee will be charged.

Each subscriber can use the promotional conditions for monthly fee off for the pack Call 1 Friend for each his mobile phone number only once.
